Shipping policy
Order processing
We pack and ship orders within 1–4 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping countries
We currently ship to Poland and other European Union countries only.
Shipping within Poland
- InPost Paczkomat – 12.99 zł
- InPost or DPD courier – 14.99 zł
- Free shipping on orders over 299 zł
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Shipping within the European Union
We ship to EU countries with DPD. Shipping costs start from €4.49, depend on the destination country and are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over €150.
Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on the country.
Discreet packaging
Every order is shipped in a plain, opaque box with no logo, product names or images on the outside. The sender on the label is shown simply as "Moody".
Delays, damage and lost parcels
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before placing an order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, we can resend it once the shipping cost has been paid again.
